Google Docs allows users to upload existing and to create new web-based documents, spreadsheets and presentations, and to edit them on-line

Up to 10 people within a group can edit a document at the same time

‘Real time’ collaboration

Built-in floating chat window

Documents are stored securely online

Runs on a browser, so requires no installation

Users do to set up need a Gmail account but this is definitely a worthwhile investment  as we will prove in later posts
