PBWorks allows users to capture knowledge, share files (lots of various types) and manage projects. Use PBworks to set up your own wiki. For a quick review on wikis I’d highly recommend the YouTube video produced by “CommonCraft”

The main advantages of wikis

  • Set up a wiki to manage a team
  • ‘Real time’ collaboration
  • Built-in chat feature
  • Documents are stored securely online

Users need do need to sign up to a PBWorks account but that is only a minor disadvantage. Basic features are offered free but more advanced features are fee-based

Go to PBWorks to set up your own account
